Standard RFQ response time is one business day for most requests. AOG and expedited requests are acknowledged within one hour during business hours — call (210) 669-2913 directly for immediate AOG support. Response time may be longer for complex programs requiring engineering review, custom tooling assessment, or material sourcing confirmation. If your timeline is critical, note it in your RFQ or call inside sales directly at insidesales@acproducts.net.
For the most accurate quote, include: aircraft make and type, aircraft serial number (if applicable), part name or description, part number or drawing (attach if available), material specification or approved material list reference, quantity required, required delivery date, and documentation requirements (COC, FAA 8130-3, AS9102 FAI, traceability report, EASA Form 1). The more complete your RFQ, the faster and more accurate our response will be.
Yes, and we encourage it. We welcome procurement engineers, supply chain managers, completions center representatives, and aircraft operators to visit our San Antonio facility. A facility visit is often the fastest way to qualify us as a supplier and confirm our capabilities match your program requirements.
