Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions
from our customers.

AOG is our highest priority. Turnaround depends on repair type and parts availability — we don't publish fixed times because every situation is different. What we will say: if you have a competing quote, bring it to us. We are always open to a conversation about how we can be competitive on pricing and turnaround for your program.
Yes. We maintain standing inventory of commonly required window shade components — lenses, cables, motors, and hardware — for the business aviation platforms we regularly support. Inventory levels vary by platform and configuration. Call our AOG line at (210) 669-2913 for real-time parts availability on your specific aircraft type. Do not rely on our website for current stock status — call directly.
Yes. Every article returned from our Part 145 Repair Station is accompanied by an FAA 8130-3 Airworthiness Approval Tag as standard. EASA Form 1 is available on all repaired articles for international operators. Additional documentation — Certificates of Conformance, traceability reports — can be specified when you submit your AOG request.
Yes. Our facility is approximately five minutes from San Antonio International Airport (SAT/KSAT). For time-critical AOG situations, we can stage completed parts for direct crew or FBO pickup at the airport. Coordinate this when you call our AOG line — give us your tail number, FBO, and required pickup window and we will work around your schedule.
Both. Our EASA Part 145 authorization covers international operators. All repaired articles can be returned with EASA Form 1 documentation in addition to or in place of FAA 8130-3 tags, depending on your aircraft's registration and the documentation your maintenance organization requires. Specify your documentation requirements when you submit your AOG request.
To get you the fastest possible response, have the following ready when you call (210) 669-2913: aircraft make and type, aircraft serial number, tail number, description of the issue and affected location (e.g. row number, LH/RH), your name and direct contact number, your company and FBO or base location, and your documentation requirements (FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, COC). The more specific you can be about the failure mode, the faster we can confirm parts availability and turnaround.
