AS9100D Rev D. ISO 9001:2015. FAA and EASA Part 145 Approved Repair Station. Eight active manufacturing capabilities under one roof.

Every part is handled by experienced technicians and documented to aerospace standards. That is not a claim — it is a requirement of our certification.

Craftsmanship

Every part leaves with a technician's name attached to it. Personal accountability at every stage. That is what the certification requires — and what we demand of ourselves.

Experience

Decades of platform-specific experience. The kind that does not exist in a quality manual — it lives in the people doing the work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions
from our customers.

A&C Products was founded in San Antonio, Texas in 1987 as a specialist manufacturer of custom aircraft window shade systems. Over nearly four decades, we have expanded into composite panel fabrication, CNC precision machining, LED cabin lighting, thermoforming, metal engraving, and additive manufacturing — while maintaining our founding focus on certified, traceable, precision interior components for business aviation.
We are a specialized precision shop — and that distinction matters. A&C Products does not operate as a commodity parts house. Every component that leaves our facility has been touched by experienced technicians who understand that the aircraft they are supplying may be serving VVIP, head-of-state, or ultra-high-net-worth operators who demand the same quality standard in their interior components as in their avionics. We maintain that standard through focused team structure, direct quality oversight, and AS9100D-controlled processes on every production run.
Both. A&C Products supplies directly to completions centers, MRO facilities, and aircraft operators — and in some programs, directly to OEM programs as a Tier 2 supplier. The relationship structure depends on the program. If you represent an OEM or prime and want to discuss a direct supply arrangement, contact our inside sales team.
Four things that are difficult to replicate at scale: DFM engineering support included on every program at no charge; a FAA and EASA Part 145 Approved Repair Station operating under the same roof as our manufacturing operation; 24/7 AOG support with standing inventory and direct proximity to San Antonio International Airport; and a team with decades of institutional knowledge in the specific platforms and documentation environments of business aviation. We are not the lowest-cost option for every program — we are the right option for programs where quality, traceability, and responsiveness are non-negotiable.
Yes. A&C Products is actively expanding its customer base across business aviation, energy, and defense-adjacent applications. We are particularly interested in programs that value long-term supplier relationships over transactional purchasing — operators, completions centers, and procurement organizations who want a certified, responsive partner they can count on across multiple programs. If your program requirements align with our capabilities, we want to hear from you.
